PulsePost policies
Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 11 September 2026
PulsePost publishes under your name, to a professional network, sometimes without you approving each post. This policy sets out what you may not do with it. It is part of our Terms of Service, and applies alongside LinkedIn’s User Agreement and Professional Community Policies.
Content you must not publish
- Anything unlawful, or that encourages unlawful activity.
- Defamation, harassment, threats, or content attacking people for who they are.
- Sexual content, or content that exploits or endangers children.
- False or misleading claims presented as fact, including invented results, statistics, testimonials, qualifications or client names.
- Impersonation of a person or business, or posts that misrepresent who is speaking.
- Material that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or confidential information.
- Other people’s personal data, unless you are entitled to share it.
- Financial, medical or legal claims you are not qualified or authorised to make, or without disclosures the law requires.
Things you must not do
- Publish to a LinkedIn profile that is not yours, or that you are not authorised to use.
- Share an account between people, or resell the Service without our written agreement.
- Get around plan limits, rate limits or payment, for example by creating multiple Free accounts.
- Access other users’ data, probe or disrupt our systems, or scrape or automate access to the Service.
- Use the Service to break LinkedIn’s rules, including by trying to automate actions we deliberately do not offer.
Automatic publishing
Turning on automatic publishing does not move responsibility for what is published. Review your brand voice and the facts you have given us, and check your queue regularly.
What we do about breaches
We may remove scheduled posts, pause publishing, suspend or close the account, and report illegal activity to the authorities. Fees for the current period are not refunded when an account is closed for breaching this policy.
Reporting misuse
If you think PulsePost has been used to publish something that breaks this policy, email grow@go4lead.com with a link to the post.
