Shipping & Delivery Policy

PulsePost is software used online. Nothing physical is sold or shipped, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.

How you receive the Service

• Free plan: available as soon as you sign in.
• Paid plans: applied to your account as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within a few minutes. The Plan & usage page shows your active plan.
• Posts: published to your LinkedIn profile at the times you schedule, as long as your LinkedIn connection is active.

Where it is available

The Service can be used from anywhere online. Paid plans are billed in Indian rupees and need a billing address in India, because every charge carries Indian GST.

Invoices

Each payment produces a GST tax invoice, which you can download from the Plan & usage page.

If your plan is not applied

If you have paid and your plan has not changed within an hour, email grow@go4lead.com with the Razorpay payment reference. If we cannot apply the plan, we refund you in full under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
