Terms of Service
Last updated 11 September 2026
These terms govern your use of PulsePost, the website at pulsepost.in and the app at linkedin.go4lead.tech (together, “the Service”). The Service is operated by Gaurav Sharma, sole proprietor, trading as Go4Lead (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
Who can use PulsePost
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. The Service is meant for professional use of your own LinkedIn profile. If you use it for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business. Paid plans are available to customers with a billing address in India.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, or with LinkedIn. Keep access to that email address secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. One account is for one person. Give accurate details, including your billing details, which appear on your tax invoices.
What the Service does
The Service drafts LinkedIn posts with AI, schedules them, and, with your explicit authorisation through LinkedIn, publishes them to your own LinkedIn profile. It can also notify you on WhatsApp if you turn that on. It does not send connection requests, direct messages, comments or likes, and it does not scrape profiles or export contact data.
Your LinkedIn account
You authorise publishing by granting permission on LinkedIn’s own consent screen. You can revoke it at any time in your LinkedIn settings or from the Connections page in the app. We never ask for, receive or store your LinkedIn password.
Your use of LinkedIn remains subject to LinkedIn’s User Agreement and Professional Community Policies, and you are responsible for what you publish complying with them. PulsePost is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.
AI-written content is your responsibility
Posts are drafted by AI models and can contain errors, or claims that are not true of you or your business. You are responsible for everything published from your account, whether you approved each post or turned on automatic publishing. Review your drafts. Do not rely on the Service for factually correct statements about your company, your results, or anyone else.
Your content
You own what you put into the Service and the posts published to your profile. You give us only the limited permission we need to store, process, schedule and publish that content for you, and to send it to the AI providers named in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: nothing unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive, no publishing on profiles you are not authorised to use, and no attempts to get around plan limits or reach other people’s data.
Plans, payment and GST
The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on our pricing. We may change the Free plan’s limits, and will tell you before a change reduces them.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay, which sets up a recurring payment on the card or UPI account you choose. Prices are shown exclusive of GST. GST at the applicable rate, currently 18%, is added, and the full amount is shown before you confirm. Every charge produces a GST tax invoice, which you can download from the Plan & usage page in the app.
We will give existing subscribers at least 30 days’ notice of a price increase. If you do not want to continue at the new price, cancel before it takes effect.
If a renewal payment fails
We tell you by email, and your paid plan keeps working for 7 days while Razorpay retries the charge. If it still has not gone through after 7 days, your account moves to the Free plan’s limits. Nothing is deleted, and paying again restores your plan.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the Plan & usage page. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Availability
We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Publishing depends on LinkedIn’s API being available and on your LinkedIn authorisation being valid. LinkedIn access expires periodically, roughly every 60 days. If yours lapses, scheduled posts will fail until you reconnect. We will tell you when that happens, but keeping the connection live is your responsibility.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where the law requires it, and we will give notice where we reasonably can.
No guarantee of results
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not promise any particular reach, engagement, followers, leads or revenue from what you publish. LinkedIn can change its platform or API at any time, and that may change what the Service can do.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business, damage to reputation, or any action LinkedIn takes against your account.
Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because of content you published through the Service, or because you breached these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs that result.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pali, Rajasthan.
