Billing and refunds

Same address. Include the Razorpay payment reference. What we refund, and how fast, is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Privacy requests and grievances

You can export or delete your data yourself from Settings in the app. For anything else, write to our grievance officer, Gaurav Sharma, at the same address. We acknowledge within 2 business days and respond within 30 days.
